Great location, close to popular attractions. Nice sea view from rooms. Convenient access to Park pool club, Dacha restaurant, and Caleton beach club. Value for money.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and was quite satisfied with the staff, wich mostly spoke good english, and were very helpful. The room was ok, and clean, with a good a/c and wi-fi plus a well stocked, cheap minibar.
Only issues were that they did not accept amex, even if website says so, and the cable tv was low quality, and only in russian.

-Location was somehow in the middle of Odessa. Between the beaches and the city.
-We tried to order extra bed sheets at 11 pm but the front desk said that the erliest we can give them to you is in the morning (Bad service).- Break fast is poor. Don't even count it as a + (We didn't eat). -There is no early check in. You need to wait till 2pm if you are early.

Booking the junior suite meant we had a standard room with the bonus of an air conditioner and a balcony, with a lovely view of the ocean. The bed was comnfortable and it was lovely to be able to open the door and window so we could have fresh air rather than using the air conditioner all the time. It was also nice to have the choice of eating breakfast outside, particularly as it was hot most of the time. It was also nice to have eggs freshly cooked for us according to our choice. I*f you are thinking of booking this hotel don't book below the junior suite and ask to have a room that faces the ocean. I also suggest you read all reviews.
The hotel needs a good 'spring clean' and the bathroom also need a good clean of the tiles, As breakfast was the same each morning it would have been nice to be offered even 1 or 2 different items on alternative days. While most of the staff in the breakfast room were friendly there was one girl who really needs to develop her 'people skills.' I booked 2 junior suite rooms and while we had our room cleaned at a regular time, our daughter's room was forgotten at times and she had to ask to have it done.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with the Caleton beach club and Dacha restaurant just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel was only a 15-minute drive from the city center and the Arkadia beach. The rooms provided a nice sea view, which added to the overall experience.
Couldn't fault anything; everything was perfect.

Staff of reception want be professional and friendly
Not so good smell in some rooms. Very small hall for breakfast (only 50 seats) and low quantity of plates and cups, hotel not ready give comfort in breakfast time for a lot of visitors. One from ordered room not was ready for living. Many small and unpleasant mistakes in services

The location of the hotel that is close to beach and troleibus stop , Georgian restaurant next to the hotel . Daily tours possibility. Staff .
Inside the wardrobe next to the door, there was water pipes and water was running very noisily , the room was cool even the air condition worked max. The underside of the beds were not cleaned and we could see what the former guests had consumed.

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the area. It is just a short walk to the Caleton beach club and the Dacha restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the local dining and entertainment. the Arkadia beach is also easily accessible, perfect for a day of sun and relaxation.
There seems to be some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Some guests have mentioned that the rooms were dirty and the bathrooms were in need of refurbishment.

large seating/lounge area as separate from the sleeping area. Staff were friendly.
there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. Breakfast area was under staffed. Check in was rather long.
